razini fizikalne terapije.
interdisciplinarni i transdisciplinarni pristupi u timskom radu. Razine organizacije
Fizioterapeuti imaju
integralnu ulogu u ambulantama, pružajući intervencije usmjerene na kardiorespiratorne,
mišićno-koštane i neurološke sustave u svrhu poboljšanja funkcionalnih vještina i neovisnosti
pacijenata.
Abstract (english) The physiotherapy is a new science, which expanding its limits and trying to ensure
that the practice is based on a proofs. The physiotherapy involves providing services in
circumstances in which a motion and function are threatened with aging, injuries, pain,
illnesses, state disorders or environmental factors. During examination of a patient, a
physiotherapist is obliged to perform a conversation in order to gather a subjective anamnesis,
after which a physiotherapist carry out the examination and set a functional diagnosis, which
refers to certain unsteadiness ,limitations and deficiency. After measurements and tests have
been made, plan of a therapy is setting on and begins with rehabilitation. Organizational
models on a primary level of health care have existed today that includes a doctor of family
medicine or a doctor specialist for the patients on a primary level of physical therapy.
Secondary and tertiary levels of a health care also exist, that include physical therapy in
general, clinical and special hospitals. A team is a small group of people in which mutual
goals have advantage and which acts harmonized in order to accomplish it, whereas teamwork
represent a work of many experts for achieving a mutual goal. That work must not be
fragmented and discontinuous, than well-coordinated from team manager. An integral part of
physiotherapy is interaction between physiotherapist and a patient, a client, family or a
caregiver, along with developed mutual understanding. Multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary
and transdisciplinary approaches are present in a teamwork. Levels of a physiotherapy
organisation are next: the first level includes ambulatory or polyclinic physiotherapy, the
second level includes hospital or stationary physiotherapy, whereas the third level includes
physiotherapy at home or patron physiotherapy. The ambulatory physiotherapy has started at
1974. in Croatia. Physiotherapists have an integral role in polyclinic, providing interventions
targeting cardiorespiratory, muscular, osseous and neurological systems, in order to
improvement of functional capabilities and independence of a patient.
