Abstract
Cilj rada je prikazati uredsko poslovanje, na primjeru rada pisarnice u gradu Vinkovcima, kroz primjenu temeljnih propisa koji definiraju područje uredskog poslovanja, Uredbe o uredskom poslovanju i Zakona o općem upravnom postupku. Temeljni pojmovi i radnje u uredskom poslovanju odnosno, poslovi koji se obavljaju u pisarnici, definiraju tijek pismena od ulaska u javnopravno tijelo do izlaska iz istog prema drugim pravnim ili fizičkim osobama. Svrha rada je kroz postupak donošenja rješenja, od podnošenja zahtjeva stranke do donošenja rješenja o priznavanju prava, prikazati na konkretnom poslovnom procesu primjenu teorije o upravljanju pismenima u pisarnici gradske uprave. Grad Vinkovci, kao jedinica lokalne samouprave, u okviru svog djelokruga rada rješava različita materijalna prava svojih građana. Organizacijom unutarnjeg ustroja gradske uprave Vinkovci i organizacijom uredskog poslovanja u pisarnici Grada Vinkovaca pridonosi se kvalitetnom radu gradske uprave posebno u dijelu komunikacije s građanima čije zahtjeve rješavaju.
Abstract (english)
Purpose of work is to show office management through example of work administrative offices in Vinkovci by applying basic regulations that define the area of office business, Office business regulations and Law on general administrative procedure. Basic concepts and actions in office business respectively jobs that are carried out in the administrative office define the flow of the writing, from entering the public law entity to the exit from the same to other legal and physical entity. Purpose of work is trough the rescript-making process, from filing a request of party to grant decision on recognition of rights, to present on a concrete business ptocess the application oh the theory of literacy management in the town administration office. The city of Vinkovci, as a unit of local self-government, resolves different matherial rights of its citizens within its scope of work. By organizing the internal organization of the city administration Vinkovci, andorganization of office business in the office of the town Vinkovci, contributes to the quality work of the city administration especially in the part of communication with the citizens whose demands are solved.
