Abstract
Ovaj završni rad opisuje elektroničku trgovinu koja danas ima sve značajniju ulogu prilikom odvijanja procesa kupnje, prodaje i razmjene proizvoda, usluga i informacija. Elektronička trgovina je nastala razvojem informacijske tehnologije. U svijetu, elektronička trgovina prema svim pokazateljima bilježi snažan rast kroz godine, a očekuje se značajan rast i u budućnosti. Zbog svojih prednosti u odnosu na tradicionalne oblike prodaje dobro je prihvaćena čak i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Međutim, pitanje je koliko takav način prodaje ima potencijala u siromašnijim i slabije razvijenim krajevima, gdje je velika nezaposlenost i pretežito stanovništvo starije dobi? Kako bi se dobio odgovor na pitanje, u tu svrhu je provedeno istraživanje na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije o kupovnim navikama putem interneta. Istraživanje je provedeno na 121 ispitaniku sa navedenog područja putem online anketnog upitnika. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja pružaju informacije koliko su potrošači spremni kupovati brzo i jednostavno u samo nekoliko klikova miša, te kakve su njihove navike prilikom kupovine i kakvi su njihovi stavovi prema online kupovini.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes electronic commerce (e-commerce), which nowadays plays an increasingly important role in buying, selling and exchanging goods, services and information. E-commerce has developed along with the improvements in information technology. According to all indicators, e-commerce has strongly developed around the world over the years, and significant growth is expected in the future as well. Due to its advantages in comparison to traditional forms of commerce it is widely accepted in Republic of Croatia too. However, the question is how much potential does such form of commerce have in poorer and less developed regions with high unemployment rates and aging population? In order to find the answer to this question, a survey was conducted in Vukovarsko-Srijemska county on online shopping habits. The survey was conducted with 121 examinees from the aforementioned region using online questionnaire. Results of the conducted survey provided information on how willing the consumers are to buy quickly and easily in just a few mouse clicks, what their buying habits are and what their attitude on online shopping is.
