Abstract
Promet unutarnjim vodama Republike Hrvatske dio je europskog prometnog sustava. Dunavom, Dravom i Savom, Hrvatska je povezana sa zapadnom, srednjom i istočnom Europom. To bogatstvo plovnim putovima dobra je pretpostavka za razvijeni riječni promet, koji do sada nije bio primjereno korišten. U ovome radu analiziran je promet riječnih luka Republike Hrvatske te su prikazane tendencije razvitka riječnog prometa.
Abstract (english)
Croatian inland waterway transport is an integral part of the European transport system. Owing to the rivers Danube, Drava and Sava, the Repuplic of Croatia is linked to the Western, Central and Eastern Europe. The abundance of waterways make a saund prerequisite for development river transport, which has not been adequately exploited so far. This paper brings an analysis of Croatian river ports turnover, and shows trends in river traffic development trends.
