Abstract
Karcinom dojke je najčešća zloćudna bolest žena, a posebice u razvijenim zemljama svijeta. Obzirom na činjenicu da žiljezdano tkivo dojke nije ograničeno samo na dojku, postoji mogućnost kako ponekad ni sama mastektomija neće dati dobar rezultat odstranjenjem čitavog žljezdanog tkiva dojke, ukoliko je to potrebno. Najčešći pokazatelj oboljenja od karcinoma dojke je pojava bezbolne kvržice na samoj dojci. Pravovremeno otkrivanje karcinoma dojke igra vrlo važnu ulogu u kasnijem mogućem ozdravljenju. Liječenje karcinoma dojke moguće je izvesti, lokalno i sistemski. Posljedice liječenja moguće je grupirati u tri skupine, a to su: fizičke, psihosocijalne i duhovne posljedice. Temelj fizioterapijske procjene predstavlja SOAP protokol, koji obuhvaća subjektivnu procjenu, objektivnu procjenu, mjerenja i testove te plan terapije. Fizioterapijske intervencije možemo podjeliti u tri faze: rana poslijeoperacijska fizioterapija, kasna poslijeoperacijska fizioterapija i kasna fizioterapija. Limfedem je opći pojam za skup patoloških stanja u kojima postoji pretjerana, regionalna intersticijska akumulacija tekućine bogate proteinima. Mogućnost liječenja u današnje vrijeme je velika, ali ona prvenstveno ovisi o vremenu otkrivanja, stadiju bolesti i o mogućim pristunim udaljenim metastazama.
Abstract (english)
Breast cancer is the most common malignant disease in women, especially in the developed contries of the world. Glandular tissue is not limited only to the breast, thus a possibility exists that sometimes the mastectomy will not result in the removal of whole glandular breast tissue. The appearance of a painless lump on the breast is the most common indicator of breast cancer. Timely detection of breast cancer plays a decisive role in the recovery process. Breast cancer treatment can be performed locally and systemically The consequences of treatment can be grouped into three groups, namely: physical, psychosocial and spiritual consequences. The basis of the physiotherapeutic assessment is the SOAP protocol, which includes subjective assessment, objective assessment, measurement and testing, and creation of the therapy plan. Physiotherapeutic interventiones can be divided into three phases: early postoperative physiotherapy, late postoperative physiotherapy, and late physiotherapy. Lymphedema is a general term for a set of pathological conditions in which there is an excessive, regional interstitial accumulation of protein-rich fluid. In today's times, the possibility of recovery is significant, but it primarily depends on the time of the discovery, the stage of the disease and the possible presence of distant metastases.
