Abstract
Karcinom dojke smatra se najčešćom zloćudnom bolesti kod žena. Liječenje karcinoma dojke je kompleksno, a može biti lokalno i sistemsko. Liječenje ovisi o mnogo čimbenika npr. stadiju bolesti, dobi bolesnice, tjelesnoj kondiciji. Fizioterapija nakon mastektomije ima veliku ulogu u rehabilitaciji oboljelih osoba. Kompletna dekongestivna fizioterapija je osnovna terapija limfedema. Sastavni dio kompleksne dekongestivne fizioterapije predstavlja manualna limfna drenaža, fizioterapijske vježbe, kompresivno bandažiranje, njega kože i edukacija. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati fizioterapijski proces nakon mastektomije.
Abstract (english)
Breast cancer is considered to be the most common malignancy in women. Breast cancer treatment is complex and can be local and systemic. Treatment depends on many factors such as the stage of the disease, the age of the patient, and physical fitness. Physitherapy after mastectomy plays a major role in the rehabilitation of diseased person. Complete decongestant physiotherapy is the primary therapy for lymphedema. Integral decongestant physiotherapy is part of the lymphatic drainge, physiotherapy exercises, compression bandaging, skin care and education. The aim of his paper is to present the physiotherapy process after mastectomy.
