Abstract
Lateralni epikondilitis je najčešći i najpoznatiji sindrom prenaprezanja sustava za kretanje, a zahvaća srednju životnu dob u podjednakoj mjeri i muški i ženski spol. Najčešći simptom lateralnog epikondilitisa je bolnost u području epikondila, u njegovoj blizini, koja se povećava upotrebom ruke. Bol se pojavljuje sa vanjske strane podlaktice koja se spušta do podlaktice i ručnog zgloba, te se najčešće pojavljuje na dominantnijoj ruci. Fizioterapijske intervencija se zasniva na načelima smanjivanja boli, kontrole upale, te poboljšava cijeljenje mioentenziskog aparata i kontrole daljnje aktivnosti. Ona obuhvaća ergonomski trening, terapijske vježbe, primjenu fizikalnih agenasa, te aplikaciju pomagala. Svrha pisanja ovog završnog rada je prikazati i objasniti što je lateralni epikondilitis, kliničku sliku, etiologiju te dijagnostiku i najvažnije objasniti liječenje lateralnog epikondilitisa.
Abstract (english)
Lateral epicondylitis is the most common and well-known syndrome of overexertion of the locomotor system, and it affects middle-aged men and women equally. The most common symptom of lateral epicondylitis is pain in the area of the epicondyle, in its vicinity, which increases with the use of the arm. The pain appears on the outside of the forearm, which descends to the forearm and wrist, and most often occurs on the more dominant arm. The physiotherapy intervention is based on the principles of pain reduction, inflammation control, and it improves the healing of the myoentesis apparatus and the control of further activity. It includes ergonomic training, therapeutic exercises, application of physical agents, and application of aids. The purpose of writing of this final paper is to present and explain what lateral epicondylitis is, the clinical picture, etiology and diagnosis, and most importantly, to explain the treatment of lateral epicondylitis.
