Abstract
Kapitalna ulaganja doprinose značajnom rastu tvrtke u budućnosti. Stoga se u analizi mora polaziti od čvrstih pretpostavki, iako svaka od njih može biti neizvjesna. U radu je prikazan investicijski projekt, odnosno ulaganje tvrtke AN.ST. d.o.o. u pogon za sušenje kamilice. Za predmetno ulaganje investitor je aplicirao za bespovratna sredstva kod Agencije za plaćanje u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju po mjeri M04 „Ulaganja u fizičku imovinu“, podmjera 4.2. „Potpora za ulaganje u preradu, marketing i/ili razvoj poljoprivrednih proizvoda“ iz Programa ruralnog razvoja Republike Hrvatske za razdoblje 2014.-2020. Cilj rada je prikazati tijek i proces donošenja odluka o kapitalnim ulaganjima na primjeru investicijskog projekta na temelju financijskih analiza i činjenica.
Abstract (english)
Capital investments contribute to significant growth of the company in the future. Therefore, the analysis must be based on firm assumptions, although each of them may be uncertain. The paper presents an investment project, that is, the investment of the company AN.ST. d.o.o. in a chamomile drying plant. Regarding the investment in question, the investor applied for a grant from the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development under measure M04 “Investments in physical assets”, sub-measure 4.2. “Support for investment in processing, marketing and /or development of agricultural products” from the Rural Development Program of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020. The aim of this paper is to present the course and process of decision making in capital investments on the example of an investment project based on financial analyzes and facts.
