Abstract
Hidrostatski pogon ventilatora jedinstven je i kompleksan način pokretanja ventilatora u sustavu hlađenja motora, u odnosu na mnogo učestalije koji se pronalaze kod osobnih motornih vozila. Kompleksnost izvedbe i rada sustava razlog su odabira te teme kao završni rad. Uz analizu i detaljna objašnjenja sustava, rad se sastoji i od izrade 3D računalnog modela sustava hidrostatskog pogona ventilatora u računalnom programu za modeliranje SolidWorks. Svaki element sustava posebno je i detaljno modeliran prema dostupnoj tehničkoj uputi, te kasnije sklopljen u funkcionalnu cjelinu koju sustav predstavlja. U svrhu boljeg razumijevanja sustava u samome završnom radu, računalni model također je namijenjen kao nastavni materijal za edukaciju i obuku polaznika i kadeta, te potrebe održavanja ili nadogradnje vozila. Ovakvi modeli, rađeni isključivo prema odgovarajućim tehničkim dokumentacijama pružat će zorniju vizualizaciju sustava i njegovih elemenata, te olakšati razumijevanje rada sustava.
Abstract (english)
Hydrostatic fan drive is unique and complex way of starting the fan in engine cooling system, in regards to one more common found in personal motorized vehicles. The complexity of systems execution and operation is the reason for choosing this topic as a final paper. In addition to the analysis and detailed explanations of the system, the paper also consists of the creation of a 3D computer model of the hydrostatic fan drive system in the SolidWorks computer program. Each element of the system is separately and thoroughly modeled according to the technical instruction available, and subsequently assembled into the functional unit the system represents. In order to better understand the system in this final paper, the computer model is also intended as a teaching material for the education and training of trainees and cadets, as well as the need to maintain or upgrade the vehicle. Such models, designed solely according to the relevant technical documentation, provide a clearer visualization of the system and its elements, and make it easier to understand the operation of the system.
