Abstract
Sustav za podmazivanje ključan je dio svakog vozila koje pogon ostvaruje pomoću motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem. Da bi motor ispravno radio i da bi se sačuvao od unutarnjih oštećenja potrebno je osigurati podmazivanje motora mazivom. Na taj način sprječava se povećano trošenje dijelova te djelomično hlađenje i čišćenje unutrašnjosti motora. Razlog odabira teme za završni rad je važnost sustava za podmazivanje u vozilima. Rad se sastoji od detaljnog objašnjenja namjene i principa djelovanja pojedinih elemenata sustava. U svrhu što preciznijeg pojašnjena rada sustava za podmazivanje na tenku M – 84 prilikom izrade rada korišten je računalni program SolidWorks pomoću kojeg su izrađeni 3D modeli pojedinih elemenata. Modeli su izrađeni prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji. Sam model sustava, sa svim svojim elementima, osim za izradu rada, namijenjen je za obuku i školovanje polaznika i kadeta na HVU „Dr. Franjo Tuđman“, kao i za potrebe održavanja sustava.
Abstract (english)
Lubrication system is a key part of every vehicle in which the drive is realized by an internal combustion engine. In order to preserve the engine from internal damage it’s necessary to insure engine lubrication. In that way increased wearing of parts is prevented and engine interior is partially cooled and cleansed. The reason for picking this topic for my final paper is the importance of lubrication systems in vehicles. The paper is consisted of a detailed explanation of the purpose and principles of operation of individual elements of the system. In order to clarify the operation of the lubrication system of the M – 84 tank as precisely as possible, the computer program SolidWorks was used to create 3D models of individual elements. The models are made according to the available documentation. The model of the system, with all its elements is intended for training and education of students and cadets, as well as for the needs of system maintenance.
