It is about individuals and organizations that help society to become a community of responsible individuals oriented towards personal or family development and the progress of the community they belong to. Non-profit organizations have a key role to play in bringing together individuals and organizations focused on increasing the quality of life or the advancement of the local community, all for social change. Non-profit organizations are significantly different from profit organizations, each non-profit organization has a certain reason for existence and different approach. They take appropriate risks and ensure survival of business and creating new jobs. This paper problematizes communication in nonprofit organizations through five units and three practical examples. This paper will clarify the communication of non-profit organizations as well as management structures of non-profit organizations. A proper marketing approach to a non-profit organization is not a promotion but satisfying the needs of stakeholders (most often users or donors). A spider network model that controls nonprofits is also displayed, observing the difference between the planned values of self-perception. Two case studies will include how a nonprofit organization acts on the target group. The use of non-profit marketing communications attempts to balance the needs and wishes of the stakeholders, along with the long-term satisfaction of users and the needs of society.
