Abstract Logistika je svojim imenom već dugo poznata činjenica, vještina pa i znanstvena disciplina. Rođena u okrilju vojnih znanosti dugo je tražila svoju primjenu izvan njih. Tek rođenjem svijesti o važnosti menadžmenta, pojačanom tržišnom utakmicom, usložnjavanjem poslovanja i razvojem tehnologije, logistika pronalazi put prema poslovnim znanostima.
Temeljne karakteristike procesa strategijskog menadžmenta prezentiraju taj proces kao interaktivan proces, jer nastaje kao rezultat brojnih interakcija, uvida spoznaja, mišljenja menadžera na svim razinama. Također je on i iterativan proces, jer su strategije predmet revizije i modifikacije nakon donošenja temeljene na učenju i ponavljanju.
Obuhvatne analize troškova logistike zahtijevaju da se izradi jedan alternativni sustav koji implicira potrebu za ranim utvrđivanjem centara troškova u kojima mogu biti alocirane informacije koje su neophodne za analizu rezultata promjena u izvršavanju aktivnosti distribucije.
Osnovna svrha postojanja bilo kojeg lanca opskrbe jeste da on zadovolji potrebe kupca u procesu stvaranja vlastitog profita. Aktivnosti lanca opskrbe počinju sa narudžbom kupca i završavaju se kada zadovoljan kupac plati kupljena dobra. Termin lanac opskrbe asocira na opskrbu, tj. na kretanje proizvoda od dobavljača ka proizvođačima, distributerima, trgovcima na malo i kupcima.
Koncept logistike je evoluirao onako kako je evoluirao sustav kretanja dobara po svojoj prirodi, obimu i važnosti i kako su se mijenjali izazovi logistike.
Nabava je postala strateška funkcija s izravnim učinkom na veliku proporciju troškova tvrtke. Nabava kao funkcija postaje odgovorna za svu nabavu: izravni i neizravni materijali, usluge i investicije. Vjerojatno možemo u budućnosti očekivati da će nabava usluga (zbog brzog razvoja usluga te rasta njihova udjela u BDP-u) postati najvažnija nabavna kategorija.
Abstract (english) Logistics has long known fact, skill and scientific discipline as well. Born in the field of military science, he has long sought out his application beyond them. Only by creating awareness of the importance of management, enhanced market competition, complexity of business and technology development, logistics finds the way to business sciences. The core features of the strategic management process present this process as an interactive process, as it results from numerous interactions, insights, knowledge of managers at all levels. It is also an iterative process because the strategies are subject to revision and modification after learning and repetition.
Comprehensive analysis of logistical costs requires that an alternative system be developed that implies the need for early identification of cost centers where alotized information may be needed to analyze the results of changes in the performance of the distribution activity. The primary purpose of any supply chain is to meet the customer's needs in the process of creating their own profits. The supply chain activities begin with the customer's order and end when a satisfied customer buys the purchased goods. The supply chain term is associated with supply, ie the movement of products from suppliers to manufacturers, distributors, retailers and customers.
The concept of logistics has evolved as it evolved the system of goods movement by its nature, scope and importance, and how the logistics challenges changed. Purchasing has become a strategic feature with a direct impact on the large proportion of company costs. Procurement as a function becomes responsible for all procurement: direct and indirect materials, services and investments. Probably in the future, it is likely that the procurement of services (due to the rapid development of services and the growth of their share in GDP) will become the most important purchasing category.
