The subject of this final work is entrepreneurs passion for business. Main goal is to establish if the passion for business is the main factor for business success. Except for the above, the motivation level compared with stress level is being explored. Final work purpose is to find possible sources of motivation for future entrepreneurs and identify possible styles of dealing with stress and risks in entrepreneurship. In this final work, hypothesis are being set and examined depending on results of deep interviews as research method. The main hypothesis established in this work is that passion for business is the main factor for entrepreneurs success. Other hypothesis are that entrepreneurs level of motivatin is higher than their level of stress as well as that stress and risk are sources of motivation for entrepreneurs. The sample are nine entrepreneurs with long-term business experience (more than five years) as directors of their own companies. According to research results, it can be concluded that passion for business is the key factor for entrepreneurs business success. Other established hypothesis are also veritable. Detailed insights in entrepreneurs methods of dealing with stress and risk have been acquired, their awareness of emotions and emotional intelligence as well. Doing the research, it is noticed that entrepreneurs have positive attitude regarding business and life in general. Their characteristics such as persistence, passion, emotional intelligence and successful behavior with other people are highly expressed. Results of this research are matching with former professional literature. Cognition about entrepreneurs way of thinking, about their behavior with surroundings and other people, their skill to analyze themselves and situations around them, are giving confirmation to previous professional researches. The fact that entrepreneurs would recommend entrepreneurship to their relatives and people of trust, is one more confirmation that they are happy with their profession.
