In this paper are results from my research that were conducted in April 2017. Subject of the research is " Young people's attitudes about women in the business world". The position of women in the business world but also in the modern society continues to be the subject of discussion so we wanted to gain a deeper insight into the opinion of young people on this issue. The sample referred to the younger population, because we think they are more open to new experiences and are quicker to accept changes than older generations but also they have desire for progress. This research was conducted through a deliberate non-probabilistic pattern and through an online form through social networks. In the study participated 43 young respondents, so the results can not be generalized to the entire population because they are statistically insignificant. Several goals have been set in the paper and the main thing was to find out what does young people think about the position of women in the business world and what are the obstacles and benefits of successful business women. The results of the research were obtained by processing the data in the SPSS statistical program. Based on the results obtained in research, it is shown that among the younger population the opinion is that women and men are approximately the same in the labor market. Also most of the respondents are personally acquainted with women in executive positions. The main disadvantage is the difference in the salaries of women and men, as most respondents believe that men are better paid than women to do the same job. Almost all respondents agreed that a woman could be as successful as a man, and with this work we tried to create the perception of a woman as a successful business person.
