Abstract
Današnjim svijetom vladaju razni oblici društvenih mreža. Njihova popularnost je toliko velika da čak imaju veliki utjecaj i na poslovanje raznih kompanija. Poslovni svijet prepoznao je važnost društvenih mreža te je počeo tragati za pravilnim oblicima komunikacije na ovim digitalnim platformama. Tako je nastao community management, oblik pravilnog upravljanja online zajednicama. Društvene mreže razvijaju se svakim danom, a s njima i community management. U Hrvatskoj je ova disciplina još poprilično nerazvijena te su community manageri osuđeni na samostalno obrazovanje putem strane literature i raznih online izvora. Svakako se može reći da će društvene mreže postojati još dugi niz godina te je razvoj kvalitetnog community managementa itekako važan.
Abstract (english)
Different forms of social media rule today's world. Their popularity is so substantial that they even have quite an extensive influence on businesses of different companies. The business world has recognized the importance of social media and started searching for correct forms of communication on these digital platforms. This is how community management was created, a form of appropriate management of online communities. This discipline it still quite undeveloped in Croatia so community managers here are limited on educating themselves by using foreign literature and various online sources. It can definitely be said that social media will exist for many years to come so the development of a quality community management should definitely be considered important.
