Abstract Rad se temelji na teoriji popraćenu provedenim istraživanjem od strane autora, odnosno praktičnom dijelu kulture u poduzetništvu na primjeru hrvatske firme DOK – ING d.o.o. Vrlo je važno poznavati poslovnu kulturu određene zemlje jer je ona jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika profesionalnog rasta i razvoja. Kratkim općenitim poglavljima o poduzetništvu, kulturama i etičkim načelima uvodi se u srž rada, tj kulture u poduzetništvu u Republici Hrvatskoj koja je temelj provedenom istraživanju. Organizacijska kultura je jedan od ključnih čimbenika koji utječu na poslovanje i postojanje organizacije, dok je poslovna kultura dio opće kulture iz koje ona i proizlazi. Navedene pojmove, kao i ostale pojmove vezane uz temu kao što su poduzetništvo, poduzetnik, poduzeće, korporacijsko poduzetništvo i slično će se pobliže pojasniti u radu zajedno s nekim povijesnim činjenicama, poslovnom etikom i društvenom odgovornosti poduzetnika. Kroz provedeno istraživanje, vidi se korištenje poslovne kulture u jednoj hrvatskoj tvrtki, a samim time se uočava i kakva je ta kultura u prostoru u kojem ispitanici svakodnevno borave. Upitnikom se doznaje koliko su ispitanici svjesni poduzetničke kulture i njezine važnosti te su nakon pomnog istraživanja teme, odlaska na intervju, provođenja anketnog upitnika i obrade podataka provedeni zaključci vezani uz njihovo poslovanje.
Abstract (english) The paper is based on the theory followed by a research carried out by the author, in other words a practical part of the culture of entrepreneurship on the example of the Croatian company DOK - ING d.o.o. It is very important to know the business culture of a particular country because it is one of the most important factors of professional growth and development. The brief general chapters on entrepreneurship, culture and ethical principles are introduced into the core of the work of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia, which is the foundation of the research. Organizational culture is one of the key factors affecting the organization's business and existence, while business culture is part of the general culture from which it derives. These terms, as well as other concepts related to the subject such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, enterprise, corporate entrepreneurship, and more, will be clarified in the work as well as some of the historical facts, business ethics and social responsibility of entrepreneurs. Through the conducted research, the use of business culture is seen on the example in one of Croatias companies, and thus it is noticed what kind of culture is in the area in which the respondents stay on a daily basis. The questionnaire identifies the extent to which respondents are aware of entrepreneurial culture and its importance, and following the careful research of the topic, the interviewing, the questionnaire and the processing of the data, conclusions were made regarding their business.
