Abstract
Briga o okolišu se uvijek vodila kao problem cjelokupne zajednice pa se tako utkala i u poduzeća. Važnost ove problematike prepoznao je cijeli svijet, pa je tako Europska unija svojim regulacijama, zakonima, aktima i ostalome počela osvještavati poduzetnike i pobrinula se kako bi oni skupa sa radnom snagom postali svjesni okoliša oko sebe, počeli koristiti ekološku tehnologiju, proizvoditi eko proizvode i razne druge načine koje bi doprinijeli zaštiti okoliša sprječavajući njeno zagađenje ili, ako je do njega došlo, vratiti okoliš u stanje prije nastaloga zagađenja. Tako su države počele provoditi razna nagrađivanja za poduzeća koja su u poslovanje unijela društveno dogovorno ponašanje, potičući ih da nastave i poboljšaju svoje napore u tome. Poduzeća su s vremenom uvidjela prednosti koje takvo ponašanje donosi kao što su povećanje profitabilnosti, jačanje konkurencije, zadovoljniji zaposlenici, povećan radni učinak i mnogi drugi, stoga menadžment strategijom poduzeća, pazeći na zakonske propise, učinkovito upravlja poduzećem uz efikasno brigu o okolišu. Pravi primjeri toga su naše velike kompanije koje sudjeluju u zajednici svojim društveno odgovornim ponašanjem na razne načine.
Abstract (english)
Caring for the environment has always been a problem for the entire community and so has woven itself into businesses. The importance of this issue has been recognized by the whole world, so the EU, through its regulations, laws, acts and more, has started raising awareness of entrepreneurs and making sure that they, together with the workforce, become aware of the environment around them, start using eco-technology, produce eco products and various other ways that would contribute to the protection of the environment by preventing its pollution or, if it did occur, to restore the environment to its state before pollution occurred. Thus, states began to make various rewards for businesses that introduced socially consensual behavior, encouraging them to continue and improve their efforts in doing so. Over time, companies have seen the benefits of such behavior, such as increasing profitability, increasing competition, more satisfied employees, increased work performance, and many more. The real examples of this are our large community participating companies with their socially responsible behavior in various ways
