Abstract U ovom se završnom radu analiziraju menadžerski izazovi u telekomunikacijskom sektoru. Telekomunikacijski sektor je sektor koji vodi ljudsku populaciju k četvrtoj industrijskoj revoluciji koju obilježava brza i trajna promjena okruženja u kojem se posluje, način na koji se upravlja promjenama i podatci na temelju kojih se donose daljnje poslovne odluke. Tehnologije se danas sve više mijenjaju, stoga je nužna brza prilagodba korisnika kako bi se mogli njima koristiti. Brzi razvoj informacijskih tehnologija olakšava svakodnevno poslovanje. Kako bi neka organizacija opstala na današnjem tržištu, potrebno joj je spoznati prednosti digitalizacije. Digitalizacija poslovanja zahtijeva agilne načine rada, nove načine donošenja odluka, izmjenu strukture radne snage, specifične vještine i profil radne snage. Zadatak je menadžmenta upravljati ljudskim potencijalom radi maksimalnog iskorištavanja resursa, a u svrhu ispunjavanja ciljeva i interesa organizacije. Ljudi su najvrjedniji kapital, resurs i konkurentska prednost s pomoću kojega organizacija može ostvariti svoje ciljeve i konkurentsku prednost. Menadžment se mora ubrzano mijenjati i prilagođavati kako bi zadovoljio potrebe svih sudionika, od vlasnika do korisnika, zaposlenika i društva u cjelini. Empirijski će se dio završnoga rada temeljiti na analizi slučaja poslovnog subjekta HT grupacije.
Predmet i cilj ovoga rada je svakako prikazati izazove s kojima se susreću menadžeri današnjice s posebnim osvrtom na zaposlene u HT grupaciji. Provedbom intervjua i postavljanjem pitanja došlo se do saznanja kako su najveći izazovi s kojima se menadžeri susreću prije svega digitalizacija i uvođenje inovacija, ali i regrutacija novih kadrova.
Abstract (english) This final paper analyzes managerial challenges in the telecommunications sector. The telecommunications sector is the sector that leads the human population towards the fourth industrial revolution, which is characterized by a rapid and permanent change in the environment in which business is conducted, how changes are managed, and the data based on which further business decisions are made. Technologies are changing more and more today, so it is necessary for users to quickly adapt to them to be able to use them. The rapid development of information technologies facilitates everyday business. For an organization to survive in today's market, it needs to know the advantages of digitization. Digitization of business requires agile ways of working, new ways of making decisions, changing the structure of the workforce, specific skills, and the profile of the workforce. The task of management is to manage human potential to maximize the use of resources to fulfill the goals and interests of the organization. People are the most valuable capital, resource, and competitive advantage through which an organization can achieve its goals and competitive advantage. Management must rapidly change and adapt to meet the needs of all participants, from owners to users, employees, and society as a whole. The empirical part of the final paper will be based on the case analysis of the business entity HT Group.
The subject and goal of this paper are certain to show the challenges faced by today's managers, with special reference to the employees of the HT group. By conducting interviews it was found out that the biggest challenges that managers face are primarily digitization and the introduction of innovations, but also the recruitment of new employees.
