Abstract Osnovna svrha ovog rada je prikazati važnost provođenja edukacije u poduzetništvu. U radu su obrađeni teoretski aspekti poduzetništva, povijesnog razvoja poduzetništva te su prikazane osnovne karakteristike poduzetništva. S teorijskog aspekta još su obrađeni razlozi učenja za poduzetništvo te model poduzetničke visokoškolske ustanove. Također su prikazani poduzetnički inkubatori te obrazovanje poduzetnika tijekom rasta i razvoja poduzeća.
Empirijsko istraživanje temelji se prije svega na analizi obrazovanja za poduzetništvo na primjeru nekih zemalja kao što su Slovenija, Estonija, Nizozemska i Norveška. Potom je analizirano postojeće stanje u RH na temelju relevantne literature. U osnovnim školama poduzetničko–ekonomsko opismenjavanje dio je redovne školske aktivnosti i života škola, te je dio školskog kurikuluma. Programi se razvijaju i zasnivaju na principu usvajanja osnovnih ekonomskih postulata s kojima se učenici susreću u svakodnevnom životu (donošenje odluka, razmjena dobara, te kreativnost). U okviru cjelokupne analize stanja u RH, posebno je obrađeno strukovno obrazovanje, obiteljsko poduzetništvo i primarno obrazovanje.
Obiteljsko poduzetništvo još nije razvijeno u velikoj mjeri, ali bi se većina dobrih inozemnih praksi u podučavanju obiteljskog poduzetništva, uz pomoć domaćih i inozemnih partnera mogla realizirati u hrvatskim institucijama, prvenstveno onima koje organiziraju stručne studije na temu poduzetništva.
Unaprijeđenje strukovnog obrazovanja u RH provodi se korištenjem Instrumenta za pretpristupnu pomoć EU (IPA) koji potiče nove inovativne pristupe obrazovanju u strukovnim školama te osigurava usklađenost strukovnog obrazovanja s promjenama u gospodarstvu.
Što se tiče primarnog obrazovanja, poduzetništvo se danas u hrvatskim školama izvodi sporadično, uglavnom na nastavi tehničke kulture u višim razredima osnovne škole ili u realizaciji ciljeva drugih predmeta, a da pri tome nije osviješten i imenovan kao obrazovanje za poduzetništvo ili poduzetnost.
Abstract (english) The main purpose of this thesis is to show the importance of conducting training in entrepreneurship. The paper deals with theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship, historical development and entrepreneurship are the basic characteristics of entrepreneurship. From a theoretical point processed reasons for entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial model of higher education institutions. Also provided are business incubators and education entrepreneurs during the growth and development of enterprises.
Empirical research is based primarily on an analysis of entrepreneurial education in the case of some countries such as Slovenia, Estonia, the Netherlands and Norway. Then analyzed the current situation in the Republic of Croatia on the basis of relevant literature. In primary schools, entrepreneurial and economic literacy is part of the regular school activities and school life, and is part of the school curriculum. Programs are developed and based on the principle of adopting the basic economic postulates that students encounter in everyday life (decision-making, exchange of goods, and creativity). As part of the overall analysis of the situation in Croatia, especially the processed vocational education, family business and primary education.
The family enterprise has not developed to a great extent, but to most of the good international practices in the teaching of family business, with the help of local and foreign partners could be realized in the Croatian institutions, primarily those organized by expert studies on the topic of entrepreneurship.
Improving vocational education in the Republic of Croatia is carried out using the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) which encourages new innovative approaches to education in vocational schools, and ensures compliance of vocational education with the changes in the economy.
In primary education, entrepreneurship is now in Croatian schools performed sporadically, mainly on teaching technical culture in middle school or in the realization of the objectives of other objects, and that doing so was not aware and was appointed as education for entrepreneurship and enterprise.
