Abstract Sport je kao industrijska grana jedna od najjačih u svijetu. Svake godine, milijuni ljudi gledaju utakmice, posjećuju stadione i sportske evente, u nadi kako će vidjeti svoje omiljene zvijezde na dijelu. Sportska industrija je već nadaleko prihvaćena te se razvija munjevitom brzinom. Brojke u sportskoj industriji stalno rastu te konstantno vidimo kako padaju rekordi.
Mjesto u sportskoj industriji pronašla je i Hrvatska. Iako loše razvijenim sustavom te slabim financijama, Hrvatska je došla na kartu sportskog svijeta zahvaljujući svojim izvanrednim talentom i srčanošću. Dakako, bez obzira na rezultate koje Hrvatska ostvaruje na sportskoj pozornici, rijetko bi netko to zapamtio da nije bilo navijača koji su uvijek stajali uz Hrvatsku te na najbolji mogući način promovirali zemlju.
Organizacija događaja iziskuje velike financije te ljudstvo koje je spremno izvesti takav pothvat. Hrvatska je idealan kandidat za organizaciju sportskih događaja na velikoj sceni, ali ne i velikih sportova. Primjerice, teško Hrvatska može organizirati svjetsko prvenstvo u nogometu kada nema potrebnu infrastrukturu. Svjetsko prvenstvo u rukometu je također velik problem jer se pokazalo da je velika većina stadiona propala zbog toga što se nakon prvenstva nije koristila.
Kada se uz sve to nadoda i to da je Hrvatska turistička zemlja te da se pomoću organizacije sportskih događaja kao što je svjetsko prvenstvo u rukometu stvara pozitivna slika u zemlji, dobije se idealna kombinacija koja uključuje pozitivnu promociju i profit. Za sve to je potrebno izraditi ii dobar, kvalitetan marketinški plan kako ne bi došlo do nepredviđenih problema. Potrebno je proći kroz sve elemente marketing mixa (proizvod, distribuciju, promociju, cijenu) kako bi se kvalitetno izvela cijela organizacija i marketinška kampanja.
Abstract (english) As an industrial branch, sport is one of the strongest in the world. Every year, millions of people watch matches, visit stadiums and sporting events, hoping to see their favorite star sin action. The sport industry is already widely accepted and is developing at lightning speed. Figure sin the sport industry are constantly growing, and we constantly see records falling.
Croatia also found a place in the sport industry. Alhough with a poorly developed system and weak finances, Croatia got on the map of the sports world thanks to ist extraordinary talent and courage. Of course, regardless of the results that Croatia achives on the sport staga, hardly anyone would remember it if it weren't for the fans who always stood by Croatia and promoted the country in the best possible way.
The organization of the event requires large finances and personnel who are ready to carry out such an undertaking. Croatia i san ideal candidate for organizing sport events on a big stage, but not in big sports. For example, it is difficult for Croatia to organize the World Cup in football when it does not have the necessary infrastructure. The Haanball World Cup i salso a big problem as it turned out that the vast majority of stadiums fell into disrepair due to not being used after the championship.
When you add to all that the fact that Croatia is a tourist country and that the organization of sports events such as the World Handball Championship creates a positive image in the country, you get an ideal combination that includes positive promotion and profit. For all this, it is also necessary to create a good, high – quality marketing plan in order to avoid unforeseen problems. It is necessary to go throug all the elements of the marketing mix (product, placement, promotion, price) in order to carry out the entire organization and marketing campaign with quality.
