Abstract
U suvremeno vrijeme ponuda znatno premašuje potražnju, te je postalo teže no ikad prije boriti se s konkurencijom. Pretežno su traženi proizvodi koji proizlaze iz znanja, te se u prethodno stvorenoj namjeri da se isti proizvedu sve više zahtijeva da zaposlenici barataju znanjem. Iz takvih razumijevanja pojavila se potreba za raznim disciplinama koje se bave znanjem, a u koje spada i poslovna inteligencija. Ona je u svijetu odavno prepoznat alat za unapređenje poslovanja, no istraživanja provedena na tu temu pokazala su da je njezina primjena u Hrvatskoj poprilično ograničena te da hrvatska poduzeća nisu upoznata sa svim prednostima sustava poslovne inteligencije. Stoga autor u ovom radu prikazuje trenutačno stanje u Hrvatskoj u odnosu na primjenu poslovne inteligencije sagledavajući recentna istraživanja s kritičkim osvrtom.
Abstract (english)
In modern times, the supply significantly exceeds the demand, and it has become more difficult than ever before to fight the competition. Products based on knowledge are mostly in demand, and in the previously created intention to produce them, it is increasingly required that employees use the acquired knowledge. From such understandings, the need for various disciplines dealing with knowledge have started emerging in recent years, including business intelligence. It has long been recognized worldwide as a tool for business improvement, but research conducted on the subject has shown that its application in Croatia is quite limited and that Croatian companies are not familiar with all the advantages of the business intelligence system. Therefore, in this paper, the author presents the current situation in Croatia in relation to the application of business intelligence, looking at recent research with a critical review.
