Abstract
Organizacije moraju znati koliko ljudi i kakve ljude trebaju imati te zapošljavati kako bi zadovoljile sadašnje i buduće poslovne zahtjeve. To je funkcija planiranja i pribavljanja ljudskih potencijala. U radu su opisane važnosti ljudskih resursa, teorije, faze i procesi kroz koje organizacije prolaze kako bi odabrali i zaposlili odgovarajući kadar. Fokus pribavljanja resursa u ovom radu je na vanjskim (eksternim) izvorima te će se na primjeru Hrvatskog Telekoma (HT) prikazati utjecaj modernih alata na zapošljavanje. Prvenstveno se govori o regrutiranju zaposlenika putem interneta - bilo službenim vlastitim internetskim stranicama, internetskim portalima i društvenim mrežama. Društveni medij od interesa je LinkedIn, koji u današnje vrijeme predstavlja najpopularniju platformu za traženje, odnosno popunjavanje radnih mjesta. Također će se provesti analiza kretanja broja zaposlenih HT-a kroz posljednjih par godina, točnije u periodu od 2015. - 2020. godine, kako bi se ustanovio utjecaj najučinkovitijih metoda za pribavljanje ljudskih resursa u današnje vrijeme.
Abstract (english)
Organizations need to know how many people and what kind of people they need to have and hire them to meet current and future business requirements. It is a function of planning and obtaining human resources. The paper describes the importance of human resources, theories, phases and processes that organizations go through in order to select and hire the appropriate staff. The focus of resource acquisition in this paper is on external sources and the example of Hrvatski Telekom (HT) will show the impact of modern tools on employment. It is primarily about recruiting employees via the Internet - either through their own official websites, internet portals and social networks. The social medium of interest is LinkedIn, which nowadays is the most popular platform for searching or filling jobs. An analysis of the movement of HT employees over the last few years, more precisely in the period from 2015 to 2020, will also be conducted in order to establish the impact of the most efficient methods for obtaining human resources today.
