Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisano je općenito upravljanje kvalitetom, te povijest norme ISO 9001. Dan je i detaljan opis svih revizija koje su se provele od prve verzije norme pa sve do aktualne verzije. Također su opisani postupci implementacije, certifikacije, nadzornih audita i recertifikacije u proizvodnim tvrtkama. Ovaj rad izrađen je uz pomoć literature iz knjižnice, online članaka, te svih pruženih materijala tokom obavljanja stručne prakse.
