| Abstract | Davne 1969. godine u korištenje je pušten prvi mrežni usmjerenik odnosno ruter na sveučilištu UCLA, a taj događaj ujedno se smatra i nastankom Interneta. Prva agencija čiji je cilj bio razviti sustav komuniciranje na daljinu bila je ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency), a do izgradnje mreže dolazi do 1969. godine pod imenom ARPANET. Od tog trenutka možemo reći da se počeo koristiti Internet, iako ne odmah u širokoj mjeri. Krajem 1989. godine nastao je najkorisniji i najrasprostranjeniji internet servis za pregledavanje dokumenata, slika i multimedije, a to je World Wide Web. Internet u Hrvatskoj prvi puta se pojavio 1992. godine i to u zagrebačkom sveučilištu pod nazivom Hrvatska akademska i istraživačka računalno komunikacijska mreža. Zanimljiva je činjenica da se danas Internetom služi više od 4 milijarde ljudi diljem svijeta, što je nešto više od 50% ukupnog stanovništva. U Hrvatskoj prema zadnjem istraživanjem na početku 2018. godine internetom se koristi nešto više od 77% kućanstava, dok se mobilnim internetom danas služi čak 82% našega stanovništva. Dolaskom Interneta njegova upotreba proširila se i u području poslovanja. Tako su i bankarske institucije postepeno počele uvoditi internet u svoje interno poslovanje kao sredstvo komunikacije i rada, a danas čak i poslovanje s klijentima. S time je nastalo takozvano moderno bankarstvo gdje se glavni naglasak stavlja na jednostavnost, brzinu i kvalitetu poslovanja. Uvodi se novi pojam poslovanja, a to je elektronički novac. Napretkom interneta i tehnologije došlo je do pojave sasvim novog načina bankarskog poslovanja koji se svakodnevno nadograđuje i realiziraju se nove ideje. Iako se ova ideja pokazala vrlo uspješnom, elektroničko bankarstvo ne koristi još većina ljudi, pogotovo u Hrvatskoj. Tu spada većinom starija populacija ljudi koji i dalje preferiraju stari način bankarskog poslovanja. No tu postoje i drugi razlozi poput ne korištenja računala ili pametnog telefona, nemogućnost pristupa internetu te strah i nepovjerenje u takav način rada jer su ljudi najviše na oprezu kada je u pitanju njihov novac. Erste banka je uvela elektroničko bankarstvo 2002. godine i od tada se intenzivno radi na unaprijeđivanju istog. U ovih 17 godina puno se toga promijenilo, nastale su nove ideje odnosno novi sustavi elektroničkog poslovanja i ljudi su s vremenom prihvatili takav način rada, a mnogo detaljnije o samom elektroničkom bankarstvu Erste banke vidjet ćemo kroz ovaj završni rad. |
| Abstract (english) | In 1969, the first network router was put into use at UCLA university and this event is also considered as the occurrence of the Internet. The first agency to develop the long-distance communication system was ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency), and the real network was built in 1969 under the name ARPANET. From that point on, we can say that the Internet started to be in use, though not immediately on a broad scale. At the end of 1989, World Wide Web, the most useful and widespread internet service for document, image and multimedia viewing was created. In Croatia Internet first appeared in 1992 at the University of Zagreb, under the name Croatian Academic and Research Computer-Communication Network. It is an interesting fact that more than 4 billion people worldwide use the Internet today, which is just over 50% of the total population. In Croatia, according to the latest research at the beginning of 2018, just over 77% of households are using the internet, while 82% of our population is using the mobile internet today. With the arrival of the Internet, its use has expanded in the field of business. That is why a banking institutions have gradually started to introduce the Internet into their internal business as instrument of communication and work, and today even business with clients. With this, the so-called modern banking has emerged where the main emphasis is placed on simplicity, speed and quality of business. A new concept of business is being introduced, which is electronic money. With the advancement of the internet and technology, a completely new way of banking has shown up, which is being upgraded daily and new ideas are being realized. Although this idea has proven to be very successful, e-banking is not used by the vast majority of people, especially in Croatia. This includes mostly the older population of people who still prefer the old way of banking. But there are other reasons, such as not using a computer or smartphone, being unable to access the internet, and fear and suspicion of this type of work, because people are most careful when it comes to their money. Erste Bank introduced electronic banking in 2002 and since then, intensive efforts have been made to improve it. A lot has changed in these 17 years, new ideas and new e-business systems have emerged, and over time people have embraced this type of work. We will see much more about Erste Bank electronic banking itself through this graduation thesis. |
