Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrazloženi su teorijski i praktični dijelovi troškova sigurnosti i zaštite na radu. Teorijski dio sastoji se od pokazatelja sigurnosti i zaštite u poslovnim objektima, na državnoj razini u odnosu na ostale članice Europske unije. Također, teorijskim dijelom obuhvaćena je ekonomika sigurnosti i zaštite, te kurativni i preventivni troškovi. U praktičnom dijelu naglasak je na analizi troškova ispitivanja od strane tvrtke u koja se ubrajaju ispitivanja radnog okoliša, buke i zvučne izolacije, te analiza troškova osposobljavanja djelatnika.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper are theoretical and practical parts of the costs of safety and protection at work explained. The theoretical part consists of indicators of security and protection in business facilities, at state level as compared to other EU members. Also, the theoretical part covers the economy of security and protection, curative and preventative costs. In the practical part, the emphasis is on an analysis of the cost of testing by a company that includes work environment, noise and sound isolation tests, as well as analysis of staff training costs.
