Abstract
Ovaj rad se sastoji od teoretskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teoretskom dijelu opisan je povijesni razvoj hidraulike i osnovni princip rada hidrauličnih sustava. Eksperimentalni dio se sastoji od modeliranja cilindra u računalnom programu SolidWorks i tehnologije izrade hidrauličkog cilindra. U tehnologiju izrade spadaju sve karakteristike vezane za proizvodnju a to su: vrsta, oblik i dimenzije nabavnog materijala, vrsta strojne obrade, popis strojeva na kojima se odvija određena operacija, kontrola kvalitete i dimenzija izrađenog strojnog dijela, sklapanje pojedinih dijelova u gotov proizvod te montaža strojnog dijela na šasiju.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work consists of a theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part describes the historical development of hydraulics and the basic principle of operation of hydraulic systems. The experimental part consists of cylinder modeling in the SolidWorks computer program and the technology of making a hydraulic cylinder. The production technology includes all the characteristics related to production: type, shape and dimensions of the purchase material, type of machining, list of machines on which a particular operation takes place, quality control and dimensions of the machine part, assembly of individual parts into the finished product and installation of the machine part on the chassis.
