Abstract
Rad se bavi analizom modernih monetarnih instrumenata, konkretno digitalnim valutama i kriptovaluta te njihovog utjecaja na svjetsku monetarnu, financijsku i ekonomsku budućnost. Obzirom da su centralne banke svjetskih država još uvijek glavni dirigenti svih bitnijih svjetskih financijskih kretanja, posebnu pažnju posvetiti ćemo njihovom odgovoru na izazov koji predstavljaju monetarni konstrukti proizašli iz privatnog sektora. Konačno, napravit ćemo kratku analizu pravnog okvira digitalnih i kriptovaluta te razmotriti pristupe pojedinih država ka njihovoj legislativi.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals primarily with the analysis of modern monetary constructs, specifically digital currencies and cryptocurrencies, and their impact on the world monetary, financial and economic future. Given that the central banks of the world's countries are still the main conductors of all major global financial trends, we will pay special attention to their response to the challenge posed by monetary constructions arising from the private sector. Finally, we will make a brief analysis of the legal framework of digital and cryptocurrencies, and consider the approaches of individual countries to their legislation.
