Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je bio prikupiti i analizirati podatke o ozljedama na radu u Republici Hrvatskoj i Republici Slovačkoj. U razdoblju između 2014. i 2018. godine napravljena je komparativna analiza između te dvije države, uspoređen broj ozljeda na radu, ali također i su uspoređeni i zakoni. Zaštita na radu je sustav pravila, aktivnosti i mjera kojim se stvaraju sigurni uvjeti rada i postiže se zaštita zdravlja radnika u cilju sprječavanja rizika od opasnosti na radu. Kao države članice Europske unije, obje države moraju poštovati i provoditi mjere propisane od strane EU, ali mogu uvoditi i još strože mjere ukoliko su potrebne u toj državi. Analizirani su podaci ukupnog broja zaposlenih i ukupnog broja ozljeda na radu, nesmrtonosnih i smrtonosnih. Napravljena je usporedba prema dobi i spolu radnika, te prema mjestu zaposlenja i prema veličini poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to collect and analyze data on occupational injuries in the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Slovakia. In the period between 2014. and 2018. a comparative analysis was made between the two countries, comparing the number of injuries at work, but also comparing the laws. Occupational safety is a system of rules, activities and measures that create safe working conditions and achieve protection of workers health in order to prevent the risk of dangers at work. As members of the European Union, both countries must respect and implement the measures prescribed by the EU, but they can also introduce even stricter measures if they are needed in that country. Analyzed data were: the total number of employees and the total number of injuries at work, both non-fatal and fatal. A comparison was made according to the age and sex of the workers, and according to the place of the employment and the size of company.
