In undergraduate thesis, it is presented elaborate methods of fundamental financial statements. Fundamental financial statements provide us insight into the business of the company and are the main source of business information of the company. The fundamental financial statements are made of: balance sheet, income statement, report on cash flow, statement of changes in equity and notes to the financial statements. After that, the paper explains the analysis of the company through financial indicators. Financial indicators are formed and are calculated precisely, in order to create a basis for adoption of certain business decisions. It depends on what decisions are to be made in the company, emphasizes the importance of the individual indicators. Efficiency is visible through financial indicators of firm Solaris Plc. Financial indicators are divided into: liquidity indicators, indebtedness indicators, activity indicators, cost-effectiveness indicators, indicators profitability and investment indicators. Finally, on the example of firm Solaris Plc, analysis was made of the firm through financial indicators over time of business from 2017 to 2019. In enterprise analysis Solaris Plc consolidated financial statements were used and taken over from the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
