Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu ovog završnog rada, koji obuhvaća prva četiri poglavlja, obrađene su fundamentalne stvari vezane uz provedbu metode ključnih pokazatelja, odnosno KIM metode. Stoga je u teorijskom dijelu bilo govora o osobitostima radnog mjesta prodavača u trgovini, samoj klasifikaciji trgovine te potom o opterećenjima koja se javljaju kod radnika pri podizanju tereta. Navedena su osnovna načela i zakonska osnova koje se treba pridržavati pri samoj provedbi, te je opisana provedba metode ključnih pokazatelja kroz korake. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada napravljena je procjena rizika pomoću metode ključnih pokazatelja na pet različitih radnih mjesta. Radna mjesta na koja se odnose procjene su: radno mjesto prodavača koji radi na odjelu preuzimanja robe, prodavača koji radi na odjelu pakiranja robe, prodavača koji koristi viličar prilikom premještanja robe, prodavača koji slaže i sortira robu na police i prodavača koji radi na odjelu isporuke.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of this final paper, which covers the first four chapters, the fundamental things related to the implementation of the method of key indicators, or KIM method, are discussed. Therefore, in the theoretical part, there was talk about the peculiarities of the salesman's workplace in the store, the classification of the store itself, and then about the burdens that occur in workers when lifting loads. The basic principles and legal basis that should be followed during the implementation are stated, and the implementation of the method of key indicators through steps is described. In the experimental part of the paper, a risk assessment was made using the method of key indicators in five different workplaces. The jobs to which the assessments relate are: the job of a salesman working in the goods collection department, a salesman working in the goods packaging department, a salesman using a forklift when moving goods, a salesman stacking and sorting goods on shelves and a salesman working in the delivery department.
