Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na važnost obrazovanja odraslih, definirati pojmove obrazovanja odraslih, načine provođenja obrazovanja, te povezati područja obrazovanja odraslih i utjecaja okoline. Cilj nam je objasniti važnost uloge stručnjaka koji provodi osposobljavanje radnika, koje kvalifikacije i andragoška znanja stručnjak mora posjedovati kako bi bio kvalitetno osposobljen za rad na siguran način. Posjedujući odgovarajuća andragoška znanja moguće je provesti uspješno obrazovanje odraslih učenika. Obrazovanje za svaku odraslu osobu koja uči predstavlja određeni cilj, primjerice napredovanje na poslovnom, političkom, ekonomskom planu, ili osobno napredovanje u smislu ostvarivanja životnih i društvenih želja, odnosno stjecanje novih vještina i znanja za koja do sada nisu imali vremena. U radu ćemo vidjeti zašto je obrazovanje cjeloživotna potreba, te zašto se nikada ne bismo trebali prestati obrazovati i stjecati nova znanja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to point out the importance of adult education, to define the concepts of adult education, ways of conducting education and to connect the areas of adult education and the impact of the environment. Our goal is to explain the importance of the role of the expert who conducts the training of workers, what qualifications and andragogical knowledge the expert must possess in order to qualitatively train the workers to work in a safe way. Possessing appropriate andragogical knowledge it is possible to conduct a successful education of adult students. Education for every adult learner is a specific goal, such as advancement in business, politics, economics or personal advancement in terms of achieving life and social desires, or acquiring new skills and knowledge for which they have not had time. In this paper, we will see why education is a lifelong need and why we should never stop educating ourselves and acquire new knowledge.
