Abstract
U radu se istražuje upravljanje ljudskim resursima kao jednoj od najvažnijih funkcija menadžmenta o kojoj ovise sve ostale funkcije. To je bitan i zahtjevan posao u svakom poduzeću, a sastoji se od planiranja, zapošljavanja, motivacije, usavršavanja i nagrađivanja zaposlenih, kao i od potpune brige o zaposlenicima. Primjer Zubak Grupe pokazuje da je upravljanje ljudskim resursima važno za poslovanje poduzeća. Zahvaljujući uspješnom vodstvu, brizi o zaposlenicima, kontinuiranom ulaganju u obrazovanje, kao i motivaciji zaposlenika dodatnim edukacijama i priznanjima, Zubak Grupa se od male automehaničarske radionice razvila u jednu od najuspješnijih i najvećih obiteljskih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
This paper views managing human resources as one of the most important functions of management in general, as all other functions are dependent on it. Managing human resources is crucial nad demanding task for every company and it includes planning, employment policy, motivation of employees, their professional training and rewarding. Taking Zubak Group as an example, this paper endeavours to prove that managing human resources has very important place in successfully operating a company. Due to successful leadership, care of employees and continuous investment in their education, as well as motivation of employees and recognition of their contributions Zubak Group evolved from a small car mechanics shop to one of the largest and most successful family companies in Croatia.
