Organizaciju je moguće objasniti kao temeljni pojam poslovanja koja omogućuje realizaciju poslovnih planova, odnosno strategije i ciljeva poslovanja. Najvažniji dio organizacije je organizacijska struktura, odnosno uspostavljanje odnosa između unutarnjih i vanjskih čimbenika koji utječu na poduzeće. Veza između organizacije i okoline u velikoj mjeri predodređuje poslovanje organizacijske jedinice stoga je bitno definirati svaku jedinicu organizacije. Organizaciju se promatra kroz različite aspekte djelovanja, te je tako postavljeno više teorija o organizaciji. Teorije organizacije su načini analize koje objašnjavaju zašto dolazi do određenih događaja te postavljaju obrasce za planiranje budućih poslovnih ideja. Također osim teorijama organizacije, organizacijska struktura se dijeli na vrste ovisno o ciljevima i strategiji koje poduzeće želi odnosno može postići. Proizvodni proces je skup tehnoloških postupaka putem kojeg dolazi do proizvodnje gotovog proizvoda, a pri tome se koristi ljudski rad, strojevi i tehnologija. Faze proizvodnje se međusobno povezuju kako bi se ostvario što kvalitetniji završni rad. Organizacijska struktura i proizvodni proces su elementi koje se može promatrati putem SWOT analize koja je osnovna i najjednostavnija metoda promatranja poduzeća i prema kojoj se mogu postaviti dobri ciljevi i strategije poslovanja. SWOT analiza poslovanja temelji se na promatranju unutarnjih i vanjskih čimbenika koji mogu imati pozitivan i negativan utjecaj na samo poslovanje organizacijske jedinice. U drugom dijelu rada opisani su opći podaci o poduzeću Hrvatski kišobran d.o.o. te rast i razvoj kompanije. Objašnjena je struktura organizacije, proizvodni proces te analiza poslovanja i financijsko stanje prikazano kroz vremenski period poslovanja.
Abstract (english) This paper theoretically deals with the concept of organization, theory and type of organization, factors influencing the organization, production process and business analysis. Organization can be explained as a basic concept of business that enables the realization of business plans, ie strategies and business goals. The most important part of the organization is the organizational structure, ie establishing the relationship between internal and external factors that affect the company. The relationship between the organization and the environment largely determines the business of the organizational unit, so it is important to define each unit of the organization. The organization is observed through various aspects of action, and thus several theories about the organization are set. Organization theories are ways of analysis that explain why certain events occur and set patterns for planning future business ideas. Also in addition to theories of organization, the organizational structure is divided into types depending on the goals and strategies that the company wants or can achieve. The production process is a set of technological processes through which the production of the finished product, using human labor, machinery and technology. The stages of production are interconnected in order to achieve the highest quality finishing work. Organizational structure and production process are elements that can be observed through SWOT analysis, which is the basic and simplest method of observing the company and according to which good business goals and strategies can be set. SWOT business analysis is based on the observation of internal and external factors that can have a positive and negative impact on the business of the organizational unit. The second part of the paper describes general information about the company Hrvatski kišobran d.o.o. and the growth and development of the company. Thestructure of the organization, production process and business analysis and financial condition shown over the time period of business are explained.
