Abstract
Vatrogasni aparat je uređaj koji se koristi za gašenje početnih požara. Uvijek postoji mogućnost izbijanja požara na osobnom vozilu. U takvim situacijama iznimno je poželjno imati vatrogasni aparat u vozilu. No, ono nije još uvijek zakonski obvezno za osobna vozila u odnosu na teretna vozila, autobuse i autotaksije. Zakonska regulativa uokvirena Pravilnikom o vatrogasnim aparatima i Pravilnikom o tehničkim uvjetima vozila na cesti ne zahtijeva od vozača držanje vatrogasnog aparata u vozilu. Međutim, mijenjaju se stavovi vozača o tome te postaju sve više svjesniji potrebe da treba imati vatrogasni aparat u vozilu. Ujedno, u radu je opisan način rada sa vatrogasnim aparatima te funkcija manometra. Opisani su uvjeti servisiranja vatrogasnih aparata te slikovno opisani vatrogasni aparati. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada istraženi su stavovi ispitanika o držanju vatrogasnih aparata u osobnim vozilima. Uz rad, pružene su preporuke za primjenu vatrogasnih aparata u vozilima.
Abstract (english)
Fire extinguisher is a device used to extinguish initial fires. There is always a possibility of an outbreak of fire on a passenger vehicle. In such situations, it is highly desirable to have a fire extinguisher in the vehicle. However, it is not yet legally mandatory for passenger cars in relation to personal vehicles, buses and taxis. The statutory regulation framed by the Regulation on fire extinguishers and the Regulation on the technical conditions of a vehicle on the road do not require the driver to hold a fire extinguisher in the vehicle. However, the views of drivers are changing and becoming more and more aware of the need to have fire extinguisher in the vehicle. Working with fire extinguishers and manometer functions are also described, same as the conditions for fire extinguishers and pictorial fire extinguishers. The experimental part of the work explored the views of the data subject on the holding of fire extinguishers in personal vehicles. In addition to the work, recommendations were provided for the application of fire extinguishers in vehicles.
