Abstract
Dugotrajno sjedenje sve više se prakticira na radnom mjestu ali i u slobodno vrijeme. Zbog dugotrajnog sjedenja javljaju se bolovi u leđima, ramenima, rukama, vratu, a postoje i rizici za razvoj raznih bolesti. Pravilnom organizacijom i uređenjem radnog mjesta mogu se smanjiti negativni utjecaji dugotrajnog sjedenja. Od velike važnosti je i redovno provođenje tjelesne aktivnosti koje povoljno utječe na fizičko i psihičko zdravlje čovjeka.
Abstract (english)
Prolonged sitting is practiced more and more in the workplace as well as in free time. Sitting for a long time causes pain in the back, shoulders, arms, and neck, and there are also risks for the development of various diseases. Proper organization and arrangement of the workplace can reduce the negative effects of prolonged sitting. Regular physical activity is also of great importance, which has a favorable effect on a person's physical and mental health.
