Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada odnosi se na analizu učinkovitosti prijevoza opasnih tvari cestovnim putem te postupanja u slučaaju izvanrednih situacija. Prijevoz robe cestovnim putem nosi rizik od prometnih nesreća. Ako je prevožena roba opasan teret, postoji i rizik od incidenata, poput prolijevanja, što može dovesti do opasnosti poput požara, eksplozija, opeklina ili ekološke štete. Većina tereta se ne smatra dovoljno opasnim da zahtijeva posebne mjere tijekom prijevoza, međutim, neke tvari imaju svojstva koja znače da su potencijalno opasne ako se prevoze. U početku rada govori se o sigurnosnim mjerama kao i o glavnim sudionicima u prijevozu opasnih tvari te se navodi klasifikacija opasnih tvari. Kroz rad bit će spomenute i sigurnosne odredbe prema ADR-u te će biti objašnjena i prikazana vozila za prijevoz opasnih tvari, ali i njihovo označavanje. Na kraju rada dane su važeće prijevozne odredbe i osvrt na prijevoz opasnih tvari u EU.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this master's thesis relates to the analysis of the effectiveness of transporting dangerous goods by road and the procedures in cases of exceptional situations. Transporting goods by road carries the risk of traffic accidents. If the transported goods are hazardous cargo, there is also the risk of incidents such as spillage, which can lead to hazards like fire, explosions, burns, or environmental damage. Most of the cargo is not considered hazardous enough to require special measures during transportation, however, some substances have properties that make them potentially dangerous when transported. At the beginning of the work, safety measures are discussed as well as the main participants in the transportation of dangerous substances, and the classification of dangerous substances is indicated. The paper will also mention the safety provisions according to ADR, and will explain and show vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods, as well as their marking. At the end of the paper, valid transport provisions and an overview of the transport of dangerous substances in the EU are given.
