Abstract Tema rada "Strategija upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima na primjeru Hotela Mirjana & Rastoke"
istražuje trenutne prakse upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u predmetnom Hotelu s ciljem
razvijanja nove strategije upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima radi poboljšanja zadovoljstva
zaposlenika, povećanja produktivnosti i motiviranosti, ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti te
postizanja zacrtanih strateških ciljeva poslovanja. Prvi dio rada čini teorijski dio gdje se uz pomoć
stručne literature, stručnih članaka te relevantnih internet stranica nastoje se objasniti te približiti
osnovni pojmovi vezani uz ljudske potencijale te menadžment upravljanja ljudskim
potencijalima. Drugi dio rada je praktični dio koji se sastoji od istraživanja provedenog putem
anketnog upitnika među zaposlenicima različitih odjela Hotela Mirjana & Rastoke, a radi analize
trenutnog zadovoljstva i stavova ljudskih potencijala u istoimenom hotelu s ciljem formiranja u
potpnosti nove strategije radi poboljšanja upravljanja ljudskim resursima. Rezultati istraživanja
ukazuju na snažne strane hotela u kvaliteti osoblja i predanosti, ali i na potrebu za poboljšanjem
obuke, razvoja i napredovanja zaposlenika. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata istraživanja, razvijena
je u potpunosti nova strategija upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koja uključuje povećanje razine
zadovoljstva uz promjenu radnih uvjeta i kulture okruženja, unapređenje sustava učenja i
poticanje razvoja karijere, motiviranje i uvođenje sustava nagrađivanja, upravljanje stresom kroz
besplatnu psihološku podršku te uvođenja sustava mjerenja unčikovitosti strategije i kontinuirano
praćenje zadovoljstva ljudskih resursa kako bi se na vrijeme uočila potencijalna odstupanja i
moguća nezadovoljstva s ciljem pravovremene reakcije i pružanja podrške zaposlenima te
rješavanjem potencijalnih problema. Implementacija ove strategije pridonijet će prvenstveno
većem zadovoljstvu zaposlenika, a u konačnici će se multiplikativno na pozitivan način odraziti i
na sve druge aspekte poslovanja pa tako i na postizanje finalnog cilja svake organizacije,
ostvarenje profitabilnosti.
Abstract (english) The topic of the final paper "Human resources management strategy based on the example of
Hotel Mirjana & Rastoke" investigates current human resources management practices in the
same Hotel in question with the aim of developing a new human resources management strategy
to improve employee satisfaction, increase productivity and motivation, achieve competitive
advantage and achieve strategic business goals. The first part of the work consists of a theoretical
part based on professional literature, professional articles and relevant websites, the basic terms
related to human resources and the management of human resources are tried to be explained and
approached. The second part of the work is a practical part, which consists of research conducted
through a questionnaire among employees of different departments of the Hotel Mirjana &
Rastoke, for the purpose of analyzing the current satisfaction and attitudes towards human
resources in the hotel, with the aim of forming a new strategy to improve human resources
management. The results of the research indicate the hotel's strong points in terms of staff quality
and commitment, but also the need to improve the training and development of employees. Based
on the results of the research, a completely new human resources management strategy was
developed, which includes increasing the level of satisfaction while changing working conditions
and the culture of the environment, improving the learning system and encouraging career
development, motivating and introducing a reward system, managing stress through free
psychological support and introducing a system for measuring the effectiveness of the strategy
and continuous monitoring of human resources satisfaction in order to spot potential deviations
and possible dissatisfaction in time with the aim of timely reaction and providing support to
employees and solving potential problems. The implementation of this strategy will primarily
contribute to greater employee satisfaction, and in the end it will multiply in a positive way on all
other aspects of the business, including the achievement of the final goal of every organization,
the realization of profitability.
