Abstract
Diplomski rad se sastoji od dva dijela, teorijskog i eksperimentalnog. U teorijskom dijelu radu opisana su polimerni materijali i njihova svojstva osobito tribološka svojstva, opisana je obrada odvajanjem čestica kod polimernih materijala s posebnim naglaskom na glodanje polimera. Opisane su stezne naprave i njihova primjena. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena je cjelokupna tehnologija izrade testnih uzoraka nabava materijala, izrada CAM programa za strojnu obradu uzoraka i sama strojna obrada. Zatim proračun steznih sila za pritezanje uzoraka koristeći se referentnim vrijednostima dobivenih iz nabavnog kataloga materijala uzoraka. Nakon toga napravljeno je 3D skeniranje uzoraka kako bi se provjerile i usporedile vrijednosti deformacija nastalih na uzorcima prilikom stezanja. Na temelju svih informacija izveden je zaključak o ovom radu.
Abstract (english)
The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and experimental. In the theoretical part of the work, polymer materials and their properties, especially tribological properties, are described, the processing of polymer materials by particle separation is described, with a special emphasis on polymer milling. Clamping devices and their application are described. In the experimental part of the work, the entire technology of making test samples, procurement of materials, creation of a CAM program for machine processing of samples and the machine processing itself were carried out. Then the calculation of the clamping forces for tightening the samples using the reference values obtained from the procurement catalog of sample materials. After that, a 3D scan of the samples was made in order to check and compare the values of the deformations that occurred on the samples during clamping. Based on all the information, a conclusion was drawn about this work.
