Abstract
Javna vatrogasna postrojba Grada Zagreba obavlja vatrogasnu djelatnost koja obuhvaća: sudjelovanje u provedbi preventivnih mjera zaštite od požara i eksplozija, gašenje požara i spašavanje ljudi i imovine ugroženih požarom i eksplozijom, pružanje tehničke pomoći u nezgodama i opasnim situacijama te obavljanje i drugih poslova u nesrećama. Javna vatrogasna postrojba Grada Zagreba ima 5 vatrogasnih postaja, koje su ravnomjerno raspoređene na 5 područja djelovanja, kako bi vatrogasci i najudaljeniju intervenciju stigli za maksimalno 15 minuta. U postrojbi ima 320 operativnih djelatnika i oni godišnje odrađuju oko 3000 intervencija. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati neke vrste vozila u vatrogastvu i predstaviti Javnu vatrogasnu postrojbu Grada Zagreba. Također, u radu je detaljno opisano vatrogasno vozilo za teška spašavanja, jedino takve namijene u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The public fire department of the City of Zagreb performs firefighting activities that include: participation in the implementation of preventive fire and explosion protection measures, extinguishing fires and rescuing people and property threatened by fire and explosion, providing technical assistance in accidents and dangerous situations, and performing other tasks in accidents. The public fire department of the city of Zagreb has 5 fire stations, which are evenly distributed over 5 areas of operation, so that the firefighters and the most distant intervention can arrive in a maximum of 15 minutes. There are 320 operatives in the unit and they perform about 3,000 interventions annually. The aim of this paper is to show some types of firefighting vehicles and to present the Public Fire Department of the city of Zagreb. Also, in the paper the fire truck for heavy rescues is described in detail, the only such purpose in the Republic of Croatia.
