This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter discusses general about teeth, their structure, the biomechanics of the tooth, as well as the purpose and types of dental restorations. The second chapter deals is about the dental implants, as well as a plan of this paper. A dental implant is a type of dental restorations. There is talk of development in history, described the principle of installation and operation, and said materials of which are made dental implants. The third chapter describes the upper and lower jaw of the mouth ie. The mandible and maxilla. The fourth chapter describes the theoretical basis of the finite element method, to mention the most common finite elements used, and their applications. In the chapter dealing with the CATIA, where we are in Part and Assembly environment constructed and defined the relations between the two types of bone and implant. Finally, in the sixth chapter is the practical application of the FEM analysis in CATIA, where we have collected the amounts the size of the stress, which must not be exceeded to avoid dysfunction implants.
