Abstract
Nabava je vrlo složena djelatnost za čije je uspješno obavljanje potrebno imati raznovrsna ekonomska i tehnička znanja, kao i poznavati psihologiju. U procesu opskrbe prvi korak čini pribavljanje informacija o tržištu nabave. Istraživanje tržišta je standardiziran postupak kojim se prikupljaju, analiziraju i interpretiraju podaci sa svrhom dobivanja informacije koje su potrebne u odlučivanju i u rješavanju problema na području tržišnog poslovanja. Asortiman predmeta nabave je velik, a poznavanje tržišne situacije nije jednako značajno za svaki predmet te se stoga radi fokus na one predmete nabave značajnije s aspekta vrijednosti i s aspekta sigurnosti odvijanja procesa reprodukcije. Alles se kao svojom osnovnom djelatnosti bavi trgovinom na veliko i malo elektromaterijalom, a organiziran je kao potpuna cjelina sa zatvorenim krugom poslovanja: komercijalom, proizvodnjom, transportom, prodajom i prezentiranjem novih proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Supply is a very complex activity for which successful performance requires a variety of economic and technical knowledge as well as knowing psychology. In the supply process, the first step is to obtain information on the procurement market. Market research is a standardized process that collects, analyzes and interprets data for the purpose of obtaining the information required in decision making and solving problems in the field of market business. The assortment of the subject of procurement is great and the knowledge of the market situation is not as important for each subject and therefore focuses on those items of significance from the aspect of value and from the aspect of security of the process of reproduction. Alles is engaged in wholesale and retail of electromaterials as its core activity. It is organized as a complete entity with closed business: commercial, production, transportation, sales and presentation of new products
