Abstract
Ponašanje potrošača vrlo je važno jer o njima ovisi sam proces kupovine. U radu je bio cilj istražiti kako i u kojoj mjeri ponašanje potrošača utječe na samu kupovinu, te koji su najvažniji čimbenici koji utječu na njihovo ponašanje. Razrađen je proces odlučivanja u kupnji iz kojeg saznajemo koji su najčešći oblici ponašanja u kupnji, uloge koje utječu na kupnju, te isto tako razrađene su faze odlučivanja potrošača. Provedeno je anketno istraživanje na osobama različitih dobnih skupina iz kojeg ćemo saznati tko utječe na odluke prilikom kupnje, kako njihovo ponašanje utječe na to i sl. Na kraju rada je dan zaključak kao osvrt na cjelokupan rad tijekom pripreme i izrade završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
Consumer behavior is very important since the process of buying depends on it. The aim of the paper was to research how and to what extent the purchase is affected by the consumer behavior and to find the most important factors influencing their behavior. The decision- making process was elaborated from which we learnt the most common behavior during a purchase, the conditions which influence the purchase and the different stages of decision making during the purchase. A survey on people of different age groups was conducted in order to find out by whom their decisions during a purchase are influenced and how these decisions are affected by their behavior. The conclusion at the end of the paper provides a review of the entire work during the preparation and drafting of the final paper.
