Abstract
Tema završnog rada je definiranje i opis načina rada računarstva u oblaku. To je tehnologija informacijskog društva koja svakodnevno doživljava svoj napredak. Sama tehnologija bazira se na Internetu. Dakle, prikazat će se povijest i definicija Interneta, njegove usluge i statistički podaci korištenja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Nadalje, središnji i glavni dio bit će posvećen računarstvu u oblaku, te svemu što njegov razvoj donosi samome društvu. Bit će prikazano na koji način funkcionira, gdje su smješteni svi podaci u oblaku, kako se oni distribuiraju, u kojoj mjeri su dostupni te tko su krajnji korisnici. Spomenut će se prednosti i nedostatci takve brzo rastuće tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
This final paper defines and describes the functioning of cloud computing, a growing part of information technology. In the base of cloud cumpiting is the Internet and this final paper will describe and define Internet, its services and statistical information about the use of Internet in Republic of Croatia. Furthermore, the main part discusses cloud computing and everything that its development brings to the society by showing how it works, where the data base in clouds are, how they are distributed, how to get informations from clouds and who its users are. Also, it presents both good and bad sides of this fast-growing technology.
