Abstract
Završni rad analizira utjecaj logistike trgovinskog poslovanja na konkurentnost poduzeća. Obrađuju se pojmovi: logistika i logistički podsustavi, skladišta i organizacija skladišnog poslovanja, važnost upravljanja zalihama, logistički procesi, te pojam i značenje konkurentnosti poduzeća. Logistički sustav nekog poduzeća može se podijeliti na nekoliko podsustava, a to su: izvršavanje narudžbe, držanje zaliha, skladištenje, pakiranje i transport. U ovom završnom radu poseban naglasak je na definiranju pojma i namjene skladišta, vrstama i lokaciji skladišta, skladišnom poslovanju i upravljanju zalihama budući da upravljanje zalihama predstavlja jedan od najvažnijih logističkih zadataka menadžmenta poduzeća. U praktičnom dijelu rada na konkretnom primjeru proizvodnog poduzeća obrađuju se logistički podsustavi prodaje, nabave, proizvodnje, skladištenja i distribucije i pojašnjava njihova uloga na poslovanje i konkurentnost.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes how the logistics of trading business affects on the competitiveness of company. The concept of logistics and logistic subsystems, storages and organization of storage operations, the importance of inventory management, logistics processes and the concept and meaning of competitiveness of the company are elaborated. The logistics system of some company can be divided into several subsystems, and those are: accomplishment of an order, stock holding, storage, packaging and transportation. In this thesis, special emphasis is placed on defining the concept and purpose of the storage, types and location of the storage, storage operations and inventory management, since inventory management is one of the most important logistical tasks of company management. In the practical part of this thesis on a concrete example of a production company, the logistics subsystems of sales, procuration, production, storage and distribution are elaborated and clarifies their role in business and competitiveness.
