Abstract
Ljudi svakodnevno komuniciraju s drugim ljudima, verbalno ili neverbalno. Pomoću komunikacije se razmjenjuju razna značenja i tako se mogu saznati vještine sugovornika, ljudi se uz pomoć komunikacije zbližavaju, izražavaju osjećaje i stavove, ali i pokreću poslovne suradnje. Verbalna komunikacija se odvija putem riječi, dok se neverbalna komunikacija odvija bez upotrebe riječi odnosno putem govora tijela (izraza lica, pogleda, položaja tijela, gesti te odjeće). Dobra komunikacija je put prema uspješnom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
People communicate with other people on a daily basis, verbally or nonverbally. Through communication, various meanings are exchanged and so the skills of the interlocutor can be learned, people with the help of communication bring together, express feelings and attitudes, but also initiate business cooperation. Verbal communication takes place through words, while non-verbal communication takes place without the use of words or through body language (facial expressions, position of body, gestures and clothing). Good communication is the path to a successful business.
