Abstract
Tema ovoga završnog rada je Program ruralnog razvoja kao potpora razvoja ruralnog prostora Republike Hrvatske. U radu će se, ponajprije, teorijski opisati poljoprivredna proizvodnja u Republici Hrvatskoj prije i nakon ulaska u Europsku uniju, a nakon toga će se definirati i opisati Program ruralnog razvoja te mjere koje su bitne za mlade poljoprivrednike. Drugi dio rada je praktični dio u kojemu se analiziraju intervjui provedeni s četiri nositelja OPG – ova na području Brodsko – posavske županije. U tom dijelu rada analizirat će se odgovori koje su navedeni poljoprivrednici dali, a vezano uz svoj rad, elementarne nepogode koje pogađaju njihove poljoprivredne kulture te o samom poznavanju i korištenju Europskih fondova, a isto tako će ih se pitati i o prednostima i manama kada je riječ o OPG – ovima te smatraju li da bi se u budućnosti mreža Obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Republici Hrvatskoj trebala proširiti.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is the Rural Development Program to support the development of rural space in the Republic of Croatia. The paper will first of all describe theoretically agricultural production in the Republic of Croatia before and after joining the European Union, and then define and describe the Rural Development Program and the measures that are relevant for young farmers. The second part of the paper is a practical section analyzing interviews conducted with four OPG holders in the Brod - Posavina County. This part of the paper will analyze the answers given by these farmers, related to their work, the natural disasters affecting their crops and the knowledge and use of the European Funds themselves, and also ask about the advantages and disadvantages when it comes to on farms and whether they consider that the network of Family Farms in the Republic of Croatia should be expanded in the future.
