Abstract
U ovom radu se analizira pojam osiguranja tražbine putem založnog prava. U uvodu su objašnjeni ciljevi istraživanja i tematika završnog rada. U poglavljima definiran je pojam založnog prava, načela, subjekti i objekti založnog prava te podvrste založnog prava. Zaključno, izneseno je mišljenje o temi završnog rada te su potkrijepljene hipoteze iznijete u uvodu rada
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the notion of securing a claim through a lien. The introduction explains the goals of the research and the topics of the final work. The chapters define the term of the right of lien, the principles, subjects and objects of the right of lien and the subtypes of the right of lien. In conclusion, an opinion was presented on the topic of the final paper and the supported hypothes were presented in the introduction to the paper.
