Abstract
Ministarstvo obrane Republike Hrvatske financira se iz državnog proračuna te je dužno svake godine izraditi financijski plan za jednogodišnje proračunsko razdoblje. Financijski plan Ministarstva obrane Republike Hrvatske izrađen je u skladu sa Zakonom o proračunu i mora sadržavati stavke prihoda i primitaka te rashoda i izdataka koji su raspoređeni u programe koji se sastoje od aktivnosti i projekata. Ukupno planirani iznos za 2020. godinu planira se utrošiti u upravljanje i potporu osoblju, opremanje, modernizaciju i izgradnju, obuku i logističku potporu oružanih snaga, komunikacijsko-informacijski sustav i potporu, korištenje oružanih snaga za pomoć civilnim institucijama i stanovništvu, mirovne misije i međunarodnu suradnju. Financijski izvještaj o dodijeljenim i utrošenim proračunskim sredstvima za 2020. godinu Ministarstvo obrane Republike Hrvatske dužno je sastaviti, podnijeti i objaviti te će biti dostupno u siječnju 2021. godine.
Abstract (english)
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia is financed from the state budget and is obliged to prepare a financial plan for a one-year budget period every year. The financial plan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia has been prepared in accordance with the Budget Act, and must contain items of revenues and receipts and expenditures and expenses that are allocated to programs consisting of activities and projects. The total planned amount for 2020 is planned to be spent on personnel management and support, equipping, modernization and construction, training and logistical support of the armed forces, communication and information system and support, use of the armed forces to help civilian institutions and the population, peacekeeping missions and international cooperation. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Croatia is obliged to compile, submit and publish the financial report on allocated and spent budget funds for 2020, and it will be available in January 2021.
