Abstract
Znanje predstavlja temelj i polazište svih znanosti i disciplina te je danas gotovo nemoguće zamisliti bilo kakvo poslovanje, organizaciju, postupanje ili nekakav drugi proces bez prethodno stečenog bilo kakvog znanja. Tako će u radu biti pojašnjena općenita terminologija znanja, podjela znanja prolazeći kroz povijest dok će nadalje na praktičnom primjeru Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske biti pojašnjeni detaljni postupci stjecanja znanja, upravljanju znanjem u policiji kao srži problema te ocjenjivanju toga istoga znanja ali na primjeru policijskih službenika. Na kraju rada će se pomoću priloga o ocjenjivanju policijskih službenika i određenih parametara pokušati dodatno približiti postupak provjere i upravljanjem znanjem.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge is the foundation and starting point of all sciences and disciplines, and today it is almost impossible to imagine any business, organization, conduct or any other process without previously acquired any knowledge. Thus, the paper will explain the general terminology of knowledge, the division of knowledge through history, while further on the practical example of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia will be explained detailed procedures for acquiring knowledge, knowledge management in the police as the core of the problem. . At the end of the paper, an article on the evaluation of police officers and certain parameters will be used to further approximate the verification process and knowledge management.
