Topic of this paper is the Creation of democracy in Athens. Accordingly, in this paper the development of the Athens state, society, economy, development of the law and the state constitution. Start statehood in Athens dates back to ancient times, when society was organized in tribes. Tribal development and mutual rapprochement begins to form a government. At the beginning of statehood in Attica greatly contributed to the development of trade and maritime affairs. Greece began to thrive, and people began to demand their rights. The authorities were initially held aristocrats, and the country has progressed, people were looking for a better form of government, which would have recognized their rights and obligations. Athens becomes a democratic republic. During Attica history took place many reforms, but Greece has suffered a major wars. The Company separated but there are also free citizens and slaves. State structure consisted of a variety of organizations in which people protect their rights and lead a variety of procedures from different branches of the Athens law.
